Don't panic it isn't hard to make. First you need to make yourself a template. I design this one so that I could cut it out of a 6 x 6 inch ( 15 x 15 cm ) decorative piece of paper. This paper which is Docrafts isn't double sided so I glued two pieces together.
First fold the 6 x 6 inch paper in half. On one side draw a tag. Then from the shoulder of the tag to 4 cm up on the far side of the paper draw a line.
Fold.
Stitch.
Make a ticket by cutting a piece of card, 10 cm x 5 cm and clip the corners with a corner punch.
Insert into pocket, and add a ribbon... I will!
